Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: We pick, pack, and hand off these orders within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST on a business day (Monday through Friday) are typically processed the same day. Orders submitted after 2:00 PM EST, or on a weekend, are processed on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Temperature-sensitive and perishable products are packaged using specialized cold-chain insulation and are dispatched only Monday through Thursday, so they are not left in transit over the weekend.
